Senior Multi-Site Supervisor at Garage Coffee Roasters

The Senior Multi-Site Supervisor is a key operational support role across our stores. You’ll step in to cover sickness, holidays, and other shift gaps as needed, ensuring seamless service and strong team leadership.

Position Information

Hours: 32 hours per week

Days of work: Weekday and weekend availability

Location: Garage Coffee Roasters, across multiple sites

Must be able to drive & have use of own vehicle for the role.

Salary: £13.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide reliable cover for sickness, holidays, and other unplanned absences
  • Lead shifts confidently, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
  • Maintain high standards of coffee quality, customer service, and cleanliness
  • Act as a role model for team members in attitude, performance, and professionalism
  • Share Garage Coffee’s mission & vision with customers and staff
  • Work alongside Managers and Supervisors during non-cover periods to support floor leadership
  • Support managers with ordering, admin, recruitment, training, and other responsibilities
  • Assist with stock management, ordering, and inventory checks
  • Help implement company standards and operational procedures consistently across locations
  • Support onboarding and training of new team members
  • Provide coaching and feedback to baristas and shift leads
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and motivating team culture
  • Deliver exceptional hospitality and build strong relationships with regular customers
  • Handle customer queries and concerns professionally and efficiently

What you need

  • Previous supervisory experience in a specialty coffee or hospitality environment
  • Strong barista skills and a passion for quality coffee (particularly speciality)
  • Confident leading teams and making decisions independently
  • Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working across multiple locations
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Reliable, proactive, and solution-focused
  • Available to work 30–40 hours per week, including weekends when required
