Stock Condition Surveyor (2-month temporary contract)

We are partnering with a leading multi-disciplinary construction consultancy that offers a comprehensive range of services to the housing sector. They are looking to appoint Stock Condition Surveyor on a 2-month temporary contract with the possibility for an extension.

This will be a full-time position with opportunities in Gloucestershire, Somerset, Cornwall & Devon. The rates are £21 per flat, £26 per house.

The ideal candidate will have experience conducting stock condition surveys on social housing units and a full UK driving license.

Duties

• Carrying out stock condition surveys on Social Housing units
• Identify established condition, age, repairs and remaining life of building components; also assess energy characteristics and legislative compliance
• Liaise with and engage residents in regards to work carried out
• Ensure the required surveys per day based on relevant targets

Experience required

• Experience within a social housing environment
