Senior Sales Executive – Local Market Development (Manchester)
Location: Manchester (Fixed Site Based)
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Uncapped Performance Commission Realistic OTE: £40,000 – £50,000 in Year 1
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Part of the Rahvolt Group, we are rapidly expanding our UK operations with a strong ambition to become one of the leading providers in the domestic green energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales opportunities through on-site booth operations
- Manage and coordinate part-time sales teams at the fixed location
- Build strong relationships with local merchants, partners, and community stakeholders
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly customer acquisition targets
- Report performance and contribute to operational improvements
Working Pattern
- Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 17:00
- Occasional Saturday work (maximum 1 per month) during peak periods
- Rota issued at least 4 weeks in advance

Requirements
- Strong sales ability and excellent English communication skills
- Mandarin / Chinese speaker is a significant advantage
- Confident, outgoing personality with a results-driven mindset
- Experience managing small teams is preferred
- Reliable and comfortable with face-to-face / on-site sales work
- Full UK Driving Licence (preferred)
