About the Role

Key Responsibilities
• Provide first‑line support for user queries on Quilter technology products, both in‑house and third‑party applications.• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot system issues, ensuring incidents are tracked, resolved, and aligned with ITIL best practices.
• Support integration and data‑quality activities, including intraday and overnight batch monitoring.
• Maintain documentation of system configuration, operational procedures, and knowledge‑base articles.
• Work with change and version management processes, ensuring configuration changes are controlled across development, test, and production environments.
• Perform unit, integration, and UAT testing, validating results against business requirements and collaborating with Business Analysts to resolve defects.
• Assist project and change teams with ad‑hoc work, contribute to implementation plans, timelines, and delivery milestones, and support workshops and stakeholder workshops.
• Continuously identify opportunities to standardise and optimise configurations, improving scalability, reducing complexity, and enhancing the adviser and customer experience.
Qualifications
Essential:
- Strong understanding of wealth‑management concepts, processes, and operations.
- Deep hands‑on experience configuring large‑scale CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, MS Dynamics) in cloud‑based/SaaS environments.
- Experience collaborating with Business Analysts to deliver detailed configuration specifications.
- Excellent attention to data accuracy, integrity, and quality.
- Knowledge of wealth‑management regulatory requirements (e.g. FCA, MiFIDII).
- System testing experience.
Desirable:
- Product support experience in advice‑CRM platforms.
- Experience in fast‑paced, agile, change‑controlled environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience supporting large‑scale third‑party platform implementations.
- Demonstrated ability to perform in high‑pressure delivery environments.
- Familiarity with FCA and other regulatory frameworks affecting wealth management.
