Lead and develop a music department, delivering engaging lessons and inspiring students across KS3 and KS4. Responsibilities include overseeing the delivery of music across KS3 and KS4, managing curriculum development, organising performances and enrichment opportunities, and driving high standards of teaching and learning throughout the department.
