About the Role

Hours

30 hours per weekMonday – Friday: core office hoursDays to be discussed with successful candidate

Salary

Part‑time salary of £51,642 – £58,011 per annum.

Location

Humberside Region – travel required across the region.

Responsibilities

As our new Service Manager, you will:

  • Oversee delivery of high‑quality service delivery across Liaison & Diversion (L&D), Mental Health Treatment Requirements (MHTR) and Reconnect services
  • Deputise for the Head of Service, ensuring operational excellence, compliance with clinical governance and alignment with commissioner expectations
  • Lead and support multi‑disciplinary teams, providing vision, direction and development opportunities to ensure person‑centred care for service users
  • Manage recruitment, ensure accurate and timely record‑keeping, support HOS to prepare reports for commissioners and partnership boards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications and skills required

  • Degree or appropriate equivalent level of experience or clinical qualification
  • Experience leading multi‑disciplinary teams, including providing regular supervision and appraisal support
  • Experience of client management or meeting commissioner expectations
  • Experience of line‑managing staff and managing performance and conduct issues
  • Experience of developing effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Motivated as an individual and when working in a team
