About youAt least 5 years of HR experience in a management / leadership roleStrong understanding of NI & UK employment law (German desirable)Chartered CIPDProven ability to manage complex HR projects and data-driven decision makingExcellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skillsProficient with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
What you’ll doLead and develop the HR function across the organisation to align with strategic business goalsOversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee engagement initiativesDrive performance management, staff development, and succession planning processesManage regional investigations, employee relations, and compliance with employment lawAnalyse HR data to improve processes and support HR decision-makingFoster strong relationships with regional leaders through site visits and engagement activities
