Design Manager — Structural Steel & Metalwork Lead

Cornerstone Project Source, based in Banbury, is seeking a permanent Design Manager to take full operational ownership of the design department. You will lead a team and ensure all steel and architectural metalwork packages are delivered accurately and on schedule.

Ideal candidates will have proven managerial experience in the steelwork sector, proficiency in 3D detailing software, and excellent communication skills. The position offers a salary of £55,000 – £65,000 per annum.
