Sales Executive (Part Time) – Albert’s Schloss Manchester
Location: Manchester
Salary: £13.45 per hour + Tronc + 75p guest experience bonus. Part-time.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing bookings through Collins – DesignMyNight and answering phone queries
- Working with the front of house team to ensure booking notes are communicated efficiently
- Targeting key contacts to encourage bookings
- Working with the Sales & Events Manager on outreach projects
- Attending external & pop-up events to promote Albert’s Schloss
Who we need
- A love for great hospitality
- A genuine desire to go above and beyond and make our guests feel at home & welcome
- Organised & computer literate
- Experience with Collins – DesignMyNight would be helpful but not essential
