We are looking for someone to help us plan for and deliver regeneration and growth opportunities at Manchester Piccadilly and other central railway station areas.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver regeneration and growth opportunities at Manchester Piccadilly and surrounding regeneration areas.
  • Work collaboratively with public and private sector partners to achieve project outcomes.
  • Manage regeneration projects to meet tight deadlines and deliver on scope and budget.
  • Prepare and deliver clear reports, briefings and presentations to senior managers, council members and other stakeholders.
  • Research information, analyse data and present findings in a concise, actionable form.

Qualifications

  • Strong record of partnership working with the public and private sectors.
  • Successful experience managing regeneration projects and delivering outcomes.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and report‑writing skills.
  • Ability to work with senior managers and council members.
  • Good research skills and ability to present information quickly.
  • References covering a minimum of three years’ employment history.
  • Evidence of right to work in the UK before commencement of employment (as required by Home Office guidance).
