Location: Harrogate (Office-Based)

We are currently recruiting for a Part Qualified Management Accountant to join a growing and dynamic finance team based in Harrogate. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious finance professional looking to develop their career within a supportive and fast-paced environment.

The Role:

As Management Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting the finance function, taking ownership of key processes and contributing to accurate and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts
• Supporting month-end close including journals, accruals, and prepayments
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Variance analysis and commentary
• Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
• Supporting audit processes and year-end reporting
• Partnering with internal stakeholders to provide financial insight
• Identifying and implementing process improvements

About You:

• Part Qualified (ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
• Previous experience in a similar management accounts role
• Strong Excel skills (including formulas, pivot tables, and lookups)
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical ability
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders
• Proactive, organised, and keen to progress
