Senior Site Manager – Swansea (Permanent)

Pro Staff Construction Ltd are currently working with a Main Contractor who is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Site Manager to oversee a new build apartment scheme in Swansea.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take full control of a live project and drive it through to successful completion.

The Role

• Managing day-to-day site operations
• Overseeing subcontractors and ensuring programme delivery
• Maintaining high health & safety standards on site
• Driving quality and ensuring works meet specification
• Reporting into senior management and liaising with key stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on residential / apartment schemes
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid
• Ability to manage programmes and deliver projects on time and within budget

Salary & Package: £60,000 + Car Allowance
