About the Job
Business Analyst (Management Consultant) responsible for driving business transformation initiatives by identifying operational inefficiencies, analyzing data-driven insights, and recommending strategic solutions. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical execution while supporting leadership in decision-making, process improvement, and performance optimization.
Hybrid Working
The places you work from day-to-day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of company offices, client sites, and your home. You will not be able to work at home 100% of the time.
Your Role
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Conduct current‑state assessments and gap analyses to identify improvement opportunities.
- Translate complex business issues into structured problem statements and actionable insights.
- Develop cases, business process maps, and functional specifications.
- Support development of business strategies and operating models.
- Contribute to transformation roadmap planning and execution.
- Perform market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking.
- Provide recommendations backed by qualitative and quantitative analysis.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to drive alignment.
- Collaborate with teams to define solutions and support implementation efforts.
Your Skills
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend optimization initiatives to improve performance.
- Support implementation of business transformation programs and ensure alignment with objectives.
- Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to drive successful delivery.
- Monitor project progress, risks, and overall business impact.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate insights clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
