An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Territory Sales Manager to join a growing HVAC and building services manufacturer, covering the London & Surrounding areas. This is a fantastic role for a commercially driven Territory Sales Manager with proven HVAC sales experience, ideally within the commercial market.
The Role – Territory Sales Manager
- Manage and grow HVAC sales across your territory, focusing on commercial HVAC projects and customers.
- Develop strong relationships with HVAC contractors, builders’ merchants, and key decision-makers.
- Identify new business opportunities while managing and growing existing HVAC accounts.
The Benefits
- Competitive salary £45,000 – £57,000 depending on experience with performance‑related bonus.

The Ideal Candidate – Territory Sales Manager
- Proven experience as a Territory Sales Manager or similar external sales role within HVAC or building services.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC products, ideally selling into the commercial market.
- Self‑motivated, relationship‑driven, and comfortable managing a large territory.
