Senior Information Analyst | Bolton NHS Foundation Trust

Bolton Hospital NHS Foundation Trust invites an experienced Business Intelligence professional to join its award-winning BI Team. The role supports agile working and requires the post holder to spend at least two days a week in the office.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Business Intelligence Team Leader.
• Analyse highly complex, multi‑stranded data to produce specialist information, insight‑driven reports and data‑driven recommendations that aid decision‑making across the Trust.
• Oversee and submit statutory returns in line with departmental standard operating procedures.
• Represent the BI function at senior‑level meetings, both internally and externally.
• Provide line management to one Assistant/Information Analyst.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience within a Business Intelligence Environment or Information Team.
• Excellent technical skills – SQL and Tableau – with a desire to develop further.
• Strong communication skills and effective teamwork.
