Job Overview

Defence Healthcare Regional Group (DHRG) seeks a part‑time CBT Therapist (22.5 hours per week) to provide high‑quality, evidence‑based interventions to serving and entitled personnel of the Armed Forces.

Responsibilities

• Work within a multi‑disciplinary team (MDT) to provide specialised occupational mental health services.
• Deliver psychological therapy (CBT) to individuals and groups in face‑to‑face and digital formats.
• Conduct robust clinical assessments and understand occupational roles and needs of service personnel.
• Supervise other MDT members clinically.
• Enter and collate clinical outcome data; lead service evaluation, outcome measurement, audit and research projects.

Qualifications

• BABCP accredited CBT practitioner (or equivalent).
• Experience delivering stepped‑care psychological therapy.
• Strong assessment skills and understanding of occupational mental health.
