Responsibilities
Deliver high‑quality clinical outcomes for ward patients.
Provide compassionate, patient‑centered care in partnership with multidisciplinary teams.
Adhere to Ramsay Academy standards and participate in the ‘Speaking Up for Safety’ program.
Requirements
Current NMC registration.
Experience in a surgical ward.
Ability to work both as part of a team and independently.
Empathetic character.
