A well-regarded and growing regional law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to strengthen its litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer who enjoys handling a broad mix of contentious property matters within a supportive and forward‑thinking environment.

Typical Matters Will Include:

• Commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes
• Lease renewals and terminations
• Possession claims and forfeiture proceedings
• Dilapidations claims
• Boundary and rights of way disputes
• Property‑related contractual issues

You will manage files from initial instruction through to resolution, including negotiation, alternative dispute resolution, and litigation where required.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor (or equivalent) with solid experience in property litigation
• Strong working knowledge of relevant property and civil procedure legislation
• Confident communicator with the ability to build trusted client relationships
• Commercially aware and solutions‑focused
• Organised, proactive, and capable of managing competing priorities
