Senior Manager, CRM Automation
London‑based financial services company offering backed trading to millions of consumers globally. The CRM Automation Manager will be part of the Marketing Team’s CRM group and will lead the implementation of CRM automation and triggered lifecycle marketing to increase customer engagement and retention.
Qualifications
- Prior experience with Braze would be ideal.
- Ability to communicate in English and Chinese in an organised manner (literal and oral).
- At least 6 years of experience in email marketing, with a proven history of designing, launching and optimizing campaigns to generate growth.
- Exceptional technical and analytical abilities for creating email campaigns, including knowledge of segmentation, triggers, and logic construction.
- Exceptional ability to work well with individuals of all levels and strong interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to concurrently manage numerous projects, initiatives and priorities in a rapid and dynamic workplace.
- Extremely desired to have experience or understanding of the financial services sector (FX and CFD) or gaming.
- Professional experience in a global or cross‑company context is a plus.
- HTML knowledge is a plus.
