Field Sales Executive Role Purpose
We are looking for an ambitious, commercially driven Field Sales Executive to grow adoption of our mPOS solution across the food retail and hospitality sectors.
This role is focused on new business acquisition, selling an integrated mPOS and payments solution to independent operators and multi‑site groups including restaurants, cafés, quick service restaurants, pubs, bars, and food retail outlets.
Key Responsibilities – New Business Development
- Identify and win new customers across food retail and hospitality
- Proactively generate opportunities via outbound prospecting, inbound leads, referrals, and networking
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified mPOS opportunities
- Conduct discovery calls to understand operational challenges
- Deliver product demos and tailored proposals
- Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signature
Sales Execution & Pipeline Management
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts using CRM tools
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Negotiate commercials and close profitable deals
- Maintain disciplined activity levels aligned to KPIs
Market & Product Collaboration
- Provide market feedback to inform product roadmap and pricing
- Work closely with onboarding and support teams to ensure smooth go‑live
- Stay informed on hospitality, retail, and payments trends
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven new business sales experience selling mPOS, EPOS, or payment solutions into hospitality or food retail
- Strong understanding of hospitality or retail operations
- Track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- CRM proficiency and full sales‑cycle ownership
Desirable Experience
- Exposure to multi‑site hospitality or food retail operators
- Understanding of integrated payments or merchant services
