We’re partnering with an early‑stage AI startup building an agentic operating system for client service and account management teams.
This is not a traditional marketing role.
This is a zero‑to‑one opportunity for someone excited by:
- AI agents
- GTM systems
- workflow automation
- signal‑based growth
- using LinkedIn as a primary outbound/acquisition/growth channel
- building scalable commercial infrastructure from scratch
The business is building AI systems that actively work alongside commercial teams — not just software people log into.
You’ll work directly with the founders to design and build an AI‑native GTM engine across:
- outbound systems
- workflow orchestration
- automation
- commercial signal detection
This role IS:
- AI‑native GTM systems thinking
- workflow orchestration
- connecting tools, signals and content into one scalable engine
- operating like a founding hire within a fast‑moving startup
You’ll likely be a strong fit if you:
- already use AI tools heavily day‑to‑day
- build your own workflows/automations
- enjoy experimenting with AI agents and GTM tooling
- think commercially and systematically about growth
Experience with tools such as:
- LinkedIn (critical)
- Clay
- Apollo
- HubSpot
These would be highly advantageous.
Ideal backgrounds:
- AI SaaS
- B2B SaaS
- GTM Ops
- growth systems
- startup environments
The business/system being built will likely rely heavily on LinkedIn as the primary outbound/acquisition/growth channel over the next 12 months. Therefore, you must have experience with:
- personal branding
- CRM/process integration
