Job Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor – Residential and Commercial Property role in a boutique London law practice.
Requirements
- A 2:1 degree in law or an equivalent qualification.
- An approved postgraduate legal qualification from a recognised university.
- 3–5 years of post‑qualification experience (PQE).
- Fluency in English.
- Solid drawing and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a comparable capacity.
- Knowledge of new‑build residential homes and HNW clientele.
- Capability to work both as a team member and independently.
- Commercial acumen and keen attention to detail.
- Proven billing records and the capacity to meet billing targets.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise.
- Demonstrated numerical and technical skills.
- International experience and/or proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese.
- Experience with the case‑management system LEAP is advantageous.
- Flexibility, adjustment and cross‑cultural capability.
