Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Project Manager role in a Computer Software company based in London. The firm is an award-winning AI startup located in London, committed to investigating multi‑modal systems that combine multiple machine learning methods, enabling customised AI technology solutions. The firm is searching for a competent Project Manager who will be cooperating with a group of research scientists and engineers to design, create, and deliver successful projects by integrating our multimodal methods and interactive AI solutions into various sectors.

Job Requirements

  • Experience managing B2B projects in AI or related sectors for at least 4 years
  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field
  • Proven track record of successfully organising, managing, and executing large-scale AI projects
  • Proven track record of overseeing projects from conception to completion
  • Knowledge and expertise of software design
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and lead AI initiatives, as well as managing project scope and finance
  • Capable of taking responsibility and strategising in line with company goals
  • A go‑getter with strong mathematical, analytical, and communication abilities
  • A team member with excellent organisational abilities and a keen eye for detail
  • Possess a good command of literal and verbal English and Chinese
  • Interested in technological items

Responsibilities

  • In charge of project management from start to finish, from contract award through effective completion
  • Construct AI voice technologies in collaboration with multiple teams, covering R&D, design, sales and marketing, and implement agreed‑upon concepts
  • Maintain open lines of communication with internal and external partners in order to achieve project goals
  • Multidisciplinary project management and prioritisation in a fast‑paced, complicated setting
  • Provide accurate estimates of resource requirements and optimise the use of those resources as efficiently as possible
  • Set up projects based on a scope and development need specification, as well as AI counterpart needs
  • Establish and administer project schedules, requirements, and sequences
  • Resolve problems by identifying them, mitigating them as much as possible; keep tabs on project costs and execution; come up with solutions, and implement support plans
  • Meet with clients and prospects as necessary to better understand their needs and guarantee timely project completion
