Colleague Experience Architect Lead

Overview

Collaborate with stakeholders and use data and management information to identify process optimisation opportunities for capacity creation in relevant business areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of banking operations using data‑driven insights.
• Participate in projects and initiatives to enhance performance and optimisation efficiency.
• Develop and present reports on performance and optimisation to senior stakeholders.
• Identify industry trends and collaborate with stakeholders to provide recommendations for change.
• Develop and implement analytics and reporting to mitigate risks and maintain efficient operations.
• Identify capacity creation opportunities using data and MI.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, mentor specialists, and influence operational decisions.
• Advise key stakeholders on functional and cross‑functional impact and alignment.
• Manage and mitigate risks, strengthen controls, and support the governance agenda.
• Create innovative solutions through sophisticated analytical thinking and informed research.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in capability modelling, business architecture, enterprise thinking, and strategic design.
• Ability to assess business capabilities alongside applications, data, processes, and controls.
• Experience identifying simplification, optimisation, automation, or rationalisation opportunities.
• Understanding how digital solutions and data drive business outcomes.
• Ability to develop clear target‑state direction and translate into practical recommendations.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Collaboration, structured, and proactive approach.
