Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for coordinating between the UK team and China HQ, mobilising resources from HQ’s manufacturing, R&D, after-sales, and tech teams to facilitate greater new sales, interpreting local customer requirements, and regularly reporting market data to HQ.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in account management (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree (necessary)
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office programs and CRM/Salesforce platforms
- Reliable commute or plan to relocate (preferred)
- Prior sales or account management experience (preferred)
- Previous experience working with dealers beneficial
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle stress
- Rapid learning of new technology
- Optimistic outlook
