Key Responsibilities

• Manage M&E and group booking enquiries to maximise revenue
• Support pricing and selling strategies for rooms and meeting spaces
• Conduct site inspections and hotel show rounds
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and business planning
• Manage enquiries from initial contact through to handover
• Complete post‑event follow‑ups and customer feedback reviews
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends
• Ensure reservations and event processes are completed accurately
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a hotel sales or events role
• Strong understanding of reservations, meetings, and group business
• Experience using Delphi, Protel, or similar systems
• Excellent organisation and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service
