We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Support Manager role in a Renewable Energy Equipment Manufacturing based in Chesterfield. The company is dedicated to achieving energy independence for everyone on Earth and is seeking to hire a person with the necessary skills to fill this role.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Electrical engineering, electronic equipment, or a related field.
- Experience with equipment diagnosis, commissioning, field service, and industries related to energy storage products of at least one year is preferred.
- Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain strong communication with the group and third‑parties.
- Strong self‑motivation and independence for on‑site work, with the capacity to oversee several active projects at once.
- Strong analytical and practical problem‑solving skills, understanding of high and low voltage AC/DC systems, including commissioning and installation or diagnostic experience for DC storage, solar storage, or DC‑DC converter mechanisms.
- Experience using circuit diagrams, field debugging tools, and electrical equipment.
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United Kingdom.
- Mandarin would be ideal for this position.
