Residential Property Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a Residential Property Manager role in a Real Estate company based in London.

Job Requirements:

• 2 years of residential property management experience (preferred)
• Fluency in Mandarin (Cantonese beneficial)
• Possibility of commuting/relocating to W1W 8HF, London
• Paying close attention to detail
• Willing to work alongside others
• Attitudes that are kind, patient, and professional
• Knowledge of how to use a Macbook and an iPhone
• Knowledge of Google Workspace and the MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• ARLA certification (ideal, but not required)
• Outstanding writing and verbal communication abilities
• In addition, you must be able to multitask, organise, and prioritise your work
