Job Overview
Company ALPINE RACING LIMITED is looking for an exceptionally talented Design Engineer to join our Composites Design group within the Engineering Office at Enstone. This role will play a crucial part in helping us push for podiums and race wins while advancing engineering excellence and performance.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to detailed design specifications from cradle to grave.
- Define and support component or system validation, servicing and utilisation.
- Resolve any issues that arise during the design process.
- Concept design and scheming of components.
- Detail machined parts, patterns, molds and specify laminates.
- Extend to the necessary component jigs and build tooling.
Qualifications
- Previous experience, ideally within F1 or another high‑level motorsport.
- Degree level engineering (or equivalent) and solid knowledge of engineering first principles.
- CAD experience with Catia V5/3DX (training available for NX or similar).
- Self‑motivated, analytical and pragmatic decision‑maker capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Creative, innovative and consistent approach to problem‑solving.
