Job Overview
Severn Trent is looking for a Data Analyst to support improvement and delivery by analysing data, identifying performance gaps, and driving process and market enhancements.
Key Accountabilities
- Monitor and use all relevant performance data of own and other teams to promote and drive continuous improvement in performance
- Source, collect and extract data that is accurate and fit for purpose, working with the business to update and improve how we share this data
- Work as part of a team on specific projects or day‑to‑day continuous improvement ideas
- Report performance data for our metering field force – to ensure alignment on SLA and KPI compliance
- Support the Metering Operations Manager & Field Manager in identifying gaps in available reporting and produce/procure new reporting measures where necessary
- Gather data and produce reports on the performance of our meter reading schedule, customer service visits and services from both a household and non‑household perspective; collaborate with team leaders and planners to improve performance reporting
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a range of different people
- Customer service skills with a focus on delivering high quality support
- Experience producing reports using large amounts of data
- Proficiency in IT software such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
