Responsibilities: Managing the commercial function across private & affordable housing projects; preparing accurate cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for each project; monitoring project costs and progress, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines; procuring subcontractors and conducting site visits one day a week; providing commercial insight into cost‑effective strategies and managing cost risks.
Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years experience surveying construction projects post‑graduation; previous work history backed by positive working references.
