Job Summary

Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of this role is to manage overall financial and accounting work.

Requirements

• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese, both written and spoken, is a big plus.
• A full or partial accounting degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience is required.
• A background in the student housing sector is preferred.
• Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office, accounting software, and database management.
• Multitasking ability.
• Capability to work with large amounts of data.
• Extremely well-organized.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong numeracy abilities.
• Capable of demonstrating superior time management abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
