The company is seeking a dedicated, confident, self‑motivated, and experienced lawyer bilingual in Mandarin / Cantonese to join the property department, where they will handle commercial property activity with some residential work. The chosen applicant will have outstanding technical expertise, a strong interest in and shown competence in business growth, and a proactive attitude to risk management. Job Requirements
- Managing all aspects of commercial real estate.
- Representing borrowers in refinancing transactions.
- Granting and securing tenancies for tenants and landlords.
- 3/4 years PQE is a must.
- Technical expertise.
- A keen interest in business growth.
- Functioning experience in a dynamic organisation, as well as working as part of a team as required.
- Be able to exude self‑assurance and motivation.
