We have a new exceptional opportunity for an experienced, highly organised, and emotionally intelligent Private PA to support a warm and dynamic UHNW family of five based in North West London.
This is a highly involved and rewarding role combining Private PA support, family coordination, educational oversight, and household management. The successful candidate will become a true right‑hand support to the mother and an integral part of the household’s day‑to‑day operations.
The family are seeking somebody polished yet approachable, proactive yet calm, and genuinely invested in creating structure, efficiency, and ease within a fast‑moving private environment. This is not a nanny position, nor is it a purely administrative PA role. The position requires someone who genuinely enjoys being around children, understands family dynamics, and has experience supporting school‑aged children in a high‑standard private household setting.
The ideal candidate will be exceptionally organised, operationally minded, emotionally intelligent, and naturally solutions‑focused. They will instinctively anticipate needs, bring calm to complexity, and act as a trusted extension of the principal across both household operations and wider family life.
This is a wonderful opportunity for somebody who values long‑term relationships, takes pride in maintaining exceptionally high standards, and enjoys becoming fully embedded within a busy but welcoming household environment.
The family have three school‑aged children and a fully staffed household including nannies, housekeepers, driver support, and external providers, therefore confidence working collaboratively within an established household team is essential.
This is a live‑out role, based from the family’s NW3 residence with typical hours being Monday‑Friday, 9am‑7pm, with occasional flexibility required. A willingness to travel throughout the year during school holidays is also essential.
