CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for a full-time mobile role across the Surrey area in the South of England. Candidates will respond to breakdown maintenance requests, ensure high-quality routine maintenance, and manage building management systems.
The ideal applicant will hold the 18th Edition Electrical Wiring Regulations certification and have knowledge of health and safety policies. Working hours are Monday to Friday, with flexibility for overtime and weekends.
