Senior LADO: Leading Safeguarding with Flexible Work

Bath & North East Somerset Council is looking for an experienced Local Authority Designated Officer (LADO) to oversee allegations against adults working with children. This role involves providing guidance and support in a multi-agency context to ensure statutory responsibilities are met.

The ideal candidate will possess a Social Work qualification, relevant management experience, and knowledge of safeguarding legislation. The position includes administrative support and participation in regional LADO meetings.
