Location: London (Farringdon)
Salary: 44,000 per annum
Working Pattern: Monday‑Friday, 7am‑5pm (with hospitality up to ~8pm when required)
Key responsibilities
- Managing Lunch and snacking programme – Lunch is CPU based.
- People and customer‑centric attitude and focus.
- Manage underperformance and coach.
- Train the team to deliver on client expectations.
- Needs to be a foodie and able to translate customer feedback into tangible feedback for CPU and wider stakeholders.
- Will manage front and back‑of‑house total team of up to 20 people.
- Ability to manage budgets and labour finance, always looking for more efficient and practical solutions.
- Present new snacking options to the client and therefore needs to keep abreast of trends.

- Ideally candidates with experience within B&I catering.
- We are looking for a foodie‑led leader who is keen to develop and inspire a team of up to 15.
- A leader who likes to lead from the front and build great client relationships.
