Product Lead — Global Customer Planning & Data

Mars UK is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Customer Planning to lead the evolution and scaling of their flagship platform. This role demands an experienced candidate capable of making data-driven product decisions, managing stakeholder alignment, and driving user adoption across markets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management and at least 5 years of experience specifically with Data & Analytics products. They will be responsible for co-developing the functional roadmap and leading product teams to ensure business value realization.
