VP of Customer Success — Build & Scale SaaS (Equity)

Job Search Place Limited is seeking a VP of Customer Success to lead the company’s strategy from the ground up in London. This foundational hire will focus on Net Revenue Retention and expansion revenue across enterprise accounts.

The ideal candidate has experience as Head of CS or VP of CS in a SaaS business and will have the opportunity to significantly impact the company’s growth. The position offers a competitive salary of £110k-£120k and a bonus of up to £30k plus equity.
