Deputy Centre Manager – Alternative Education

Broughton Group is searching for an experienced Deputy Centre Manager to lead and support the Alternative Provision site in Wellingborough. In this role, you will work closely with the Centre Manager to develop a positive and inclusive learning environment for students who benefit from tailored educational approaches.

Responsibilities include both leadership and teaching, fostering staff development, and maintaining high educational standards. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in education, strong organizational skills, and a passion for supporting students with additional needs.
