Your new role: As a HR & Payroll Officer, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality HR service, combining generalist HR responsibilities with payroll and HR systems work.
This is a varied position offering exposure across the employee life cycle as well as involvement in systems and process improvements.
This role is offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.
Responsibilities
- Support or manage payroll processes.
- Participate in HR systems work, including maintaining HRIS.
- Collaborate with a range of stakeholders across the organisation.
- Contribute to process improvements and system projects.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a generalist HR role (e.g. HR Officer / HR Advisor level).
- Strong experience supporting or managing payroll processes.
- Experience working with HR systems (HRIS).
- iTrent experience desirable but not essential.
- Good understanding of employee relations and HR processes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a varied workload.
- Confident communication skills.
