We’re working with a leading Top 10 firm in London that is investing heavily in its Employment Tax offering and looking to hire a Senior Manager into a high-growth team.
This is a standout opportunity to join a team with strong inbound work from UK, US and European clients, covering employment tax, payroll, VAT and accounting, while building deeper advisory relationships.

The Employment Tax Senior Manager Role
This is a client-facing, advisory-led position where you will act as a trusted adviser to a varied client base. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to support them through evolving employment tax requirements, including upcoming changes such as the move away from P11Ds towards payroll reporting.
While there is an element of compliance, the focus is on relationship management, advisory and strategic support, rather than pure compliance delivery.
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients
- Build and develop long-term, trusted relationships
- Support clients on complex employment tax matters
Advisory & Technical
- Provide high-level advice across employment tax matters including P11D transition, NIC, IR35 and wider compliance
- Support clients with adapting to legislative changes, including payroll reporting developments
- Contribute to growing areas such as share schemes and employment-related securities
Leadership & Team Development
- Support the development of a growing team
- Mentor junior staff and help build capability
- Work closely with Directors and Partners on team growth strategy
About You
- Significant experience in Employment Tax within practice
- Strong knowledge of P11Ds, PAYE, NIC and wider compliance
- Exposure to advisory work and client interaction
- Experience of employment-related securities or share schemes (desirable)
- CTA qualified (or equivalent) preferredStrong communication skills and relationship-building ability
