Hybrid M365 Applications Lead – Team Leader

Laraveldaily is looking for a Mid-level Business Applications Manager to oversee a team of 4–5 Applications Support Analysts. The successful candidate will lead the team, address M365 application issues, and ensure optimal support for Microsoft 365 applications.

This role requires strong proficiency in Microsoft operating systems and the Microsoft365 suite, with experience in service management tools like Cherwell being a plus. This position offers a hybrid work model based in London, featuring occasional office visits.
