Head of Ops – Equity Hedge Fund (Python, Enfusion)

CassonX is seeking a Head of Operations for their equity long/short hedge fund in Greater London. The incumbent will work closely with investment teams, handle trade management, and lead process improvement projects.

Key requirements include a degree, a strong background in equities, and experience in automation using Python and building dashboards in PowerBI. The role involves post-reconciliation investigations, cash management, and internal risk reporting.
