With a clear strategic plan and expansion underway, this is a rare opportunity for an ambitious finance leader looking to step into a Finance Director role to play a key role in shaping the next stage of the journey, including a potential transaction within the next two years.
As Finance Director, you will work closely with the Managing Director and Board to drive financial strategy, performance, and governance across a growing, multi-site operation. This is a hands‑on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, evolving environment and enjoys combining strategic input with operational delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial strategy, planning, and forecasting to support growth
- Provide commercial insight to drive performance and decision‑making
- Oversee financial reporting, controls, and compliance
- Support investment activity, including acquisitions and new site development
- Partner with senior stakeholders, including investors and lenders
- Build and develop a high‑performing finance function
About You
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role
- Background in multi‑site or service‑led environments
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence at Board level
- Experience in a growth or private equity‑backed setting is highly advantageous
- Ambitious, driven, and motivated by the opportunity to contribute to a future transaction
