Systems Learning Designer – Onboarding & Change

Aster Group UK is seeking a Systems Learning Partner to create and deliver engaging systems learning for new starters and existing colleagues. This role supports onboarding and designs learning solutions in response to business change.

Work will be hybrid with flexibility, requiring occasional travel. Candidates should understand core business systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) and have experience in delivering blended learning methods across diverse organizations.
