Youll help people with complex needs live more independently, where no two days are the same. One moment youre helping someone take a big step towards their goals, the next youre supporting them through lifes everyday ups and downs. Lead support planning and coordinate our Support Workers to deliver person-centred support Balance support, safeguarding, admin and meetings while guiding colleagues and managing caseloads Support Customers with daily tasks like budgeting, cooking and attending appointments Work with multi-agency teams to safeguard and empower our customers Help customers build independence and prepare for their move-on into the community With our learning and development offer, and support from friendly colleagues, youll make a real difference every day! Passion and experience in supporting others ideally in a supported housing setting Experience assessing referrals and coordinating support Ability to travel between sites as required Thats why inclusion, wellbeing, and our diversity networks help make Home Group a great place to work! We operate a rota across seven days per week, with the earliest start time being 9am, and the latest finish time being 7pm.
