Overview

Quality Engineering Lead (Career Progression) – Salary £45,000 to £55,000. Technical training, career progression, and 33 days holiday plus pension.

Location

Factory based role, commutable from Bristol, Bath, Yate, Keynsham, Nailsea, Midsomer Norton and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Support quality assurance and compliance in line with AS9100 and customer quality requirements.
• Manage a team of 3 quality engineers.
• Produce control plans, FAIRs, and manage internal non‑conformance processes.
• Lead technical training and development within the team.

Qualifications

• Background in quality engineering.
• Experience in the aerospace industry.
• Strong knowledge of AS9100.
• Desire to progress as a technical lead.
