What you’ll be doing:
- Acting as the go-to support for a sales team of 10.
- Owning CRM (Salesforce) data integrity and reporting
- Coordinating with legal, ops, onboarding, marketing & product teams
- Handling client queries and driving follow-ups to completion
- Supporting meetings/events and ensuring actions are executed
- Accompany Sales Managers to events and meetings when required, managing completion of follow up actions, Salesforce updates etc.
- Build knowledge of key focused funds to enable the most effective client support and prospect identification.
The role requires:
- 2+ years’ sales support experience in asset management
- Strong understanding of the UK client landscape
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Confident communicator with a client-first mindset
- Comfortable working across multiple internal stakeholders
