Your new role As a Corporate Tax Manager, you will play a key role in supporting a varied portfolio of clients, including owner-managed businesses, larger corporates and private equity-backed groups. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality corporate tax advice across a range of areas such as restructures, transactions, group reorganisations and shareholder planning. Alongside advisory work, you will oversee compliance, ensuring technical accuracy and excellence.You will build strong, trusted relationships with clients, acting as a key point of contact and helping them navigate complex tax matters. Internally, you will support and mentor junior team members and contribute to the continued growth of the Glasgow practice. What you’ll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will be ACA, CA or CTA qualified (or equivalent) with strong corporate tax technical expertise gained within a professional services environment. You will demonstrate a proactive, client-focused approach and have the confidence to build credible relationships with a range of stakeholders.Strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively within a team. You will also bring a commercial mindset and a genuine interest in developing your career within a dynamic and entrepreneurial firm.
